Unless otherwise noted:
– European orders: 2-10 working days
– Other countries: 10-15 working days
For international orders, please check tracking often & contact your local mail carrier for more information. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country your order will be received. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays.

Damaged products
The products are shipped in heavy card board boxes or envelopes. Art will be shipped in heavy card board or wooden boxes. Ruby Soho Gallery can not be held responsible for damages caused during transportation. All complaints concerning packages damaged during transportation must be made to the representative of the company delivering the package at the moment you receive your order.
