Returns
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange only on defective or incorrect items. Please contact us at info@rubysoho.nl within 3 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any requests after the 3 day limit will not be approved. Product must be unused, unworn & unwashed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Contact us before returning via info@rubysoho.nl and provide:
– Your details – Order number – Problem you have with the purchased product.

The shipping and return costs will be at your expense. Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged.
